A summary of selected important information:

Annual POA assessment (dues): To be paid by January 31 of each year to Pelican Point POA,
P.O. Box 807, Onalaska, TX 77360. 2025 assessment is $598 per lot. As a gated community, the POA is required to pay for any road and gate work. The capital accumulation fund for that work is a large part of this assessment.

Annual POA meeting: Held on the 3rd Saturday of November at 10 a.m. at the Onalaska City Hall.

Partial list of POA neighborhood restrictions (see above documents for complete list):

  • All lots are for single family residence use only

  • No rentals or short term leases allowed

  • All homes, yards, fences, and bulkheads must be maintained

  • All new construction, improvements, and landscaping must be approved by Architectural Committee

  • No outbuildings except for a playhouse or gazebo

  • Maximum of 2 pets

  • No enclosed structures on boat docks

  • No outside storage of autos, RVs, trailers, or boats

  • No fireworks or burning

  • Check documents above for minimum square footage, construction material, and fencing material requirements
