Annual POA assessment (dues): To be paid by January 31 of each year to Pelican Point POA,
P.O. Box 807, Onalaska, TX 77360. 2025 assessment is $598 per lot. As a gated community, the POA is required to pay for any road and gate work. The capital accumulation fund for that work is a large part of this assessment.
Annual POA meeting: Held on the 3rd Saturday of November at 10 a.m. at the Onalaska City Hall.

All lots are for single family residence use only
No rentals or short term leases allowed
All homes, yards, fences, and bulkheads must be maintained
All new construction, improvements, and landscaping must be approved by Architectural Committee
No outbuildings except for a playhouse or gazebo
Maximum of 2 pets
No enclosed structures on boat docks
No outside storage of autos, RVs, trailers, or boats
No fireworks or burning
